What should I expect during formal recruitment?

What is the schedule for recruitment?
The schedule for Formal Fall 2021 Recruitment is as follows:
Monday, August 16—Opening Convocation
Monday, August 23—Bid Day
Tuesday, August 24—Day off
Wednesday, August 25—Classes Begin
How do I register for recruitment?
Registration for recruitment will open on June 1, 2021. We encourage you to visit our campus Panhellenic website, where you can register for recruitment and find out other important information! Here is the link to their website.
Are recruitment and rush the same thing?
Yes! Recruitment and rush are interchangeable. However, we like to use the term recruitment.
Does Zeta participate in Spring Recruitment?
No, our Zeta chapter does not currently participate in Spring recruitment.
What do I send Zeta if I’m going through recruitment?
Please visit the "Materials to Submit" page which can be found under the Recruitment tab for more information on packets and letters of recommendation.
Where can I submit my recommendation?
Zeta Tau Alpha encourages our alumnae to recommend outstanding women for membership in ZTA by submitting voluntary Membership Information Sheets (MIS) through the Sisters Only website. To access Sisters Only, you can use the link on the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity homepage:
When are packets due for recruitment?
We would prefer them by June 1st. However, they will be accepted until recruitment.
